Francine Hardy built A‑Vision out of years of walking alongside people in their real lives as a Community Health Worker leader. She has seen up close how programs, benefits, and services can technically exist while people still struggle to find them, understand them, or stay connected long enough to see real change.

A‑Vision was created to close that gap. We help organizations turn high‑level strategy into community‑level action—designing outreach, navigation, and support that are grounded in trust, clear communication, and practical follow‑through.

Francine’s work spans community health, public health implementation, healthy aging, housing and resident engagement, workforce stabilization, insurance education, and strategic partnerships. Across all of it, her focus is the same: building relationships and systems that make it easier for people to get in, stay connected, and move toward stability.
