Francine Hardy is the Founder and CEO of A-Vision Agency, LLC. Her years of experience as a licensed insurance agent and consultant, combined with her work as a Certified Community Health Worker and community health professional, have shaped her understanding of the relationship between insurance coverage, healthcare access, education, and community support. Through A-Vision, Francine brings these experiences together to strengthen health education, navigation, workforce preparedness, and practical organizational support.
